We are small butique winery from Slovenia. Our vineyard grow on Kog hils , we pick our grapes by hand when they’re fully ripe, and we keep the winemaking simple and natural. After aging our wines for a few years, they develop a great flavor with fruity, mineral, and ripe notes that last.
On the Kog hills, we produce wines that reflect the entire natural environment of our locations. The grapes are harvested at full maturity, with as little interference as possible in the cellar (spontaneous fermentation, ripening on fine lees, sulfur, malolactic fermentation, ...). The wines mature in the cellar, for at least a year in wooden barrels or stainless steel tanks.
